Most Abortions in Texas Are Banned Again After Court Ruling

HOUSTON – A federal appeals court commission renewed a restrictive abortion law in Texas late Friday, temporarily banning nearly all trials that a lower court blocked two days ago over a lawsuit filed by the Biden administration. He was revived.

The US appeals court for the fifth round was a brief bipartisan decision in favor of the Texas appeal that many abortion providers have been waiting for. At least six clinics in Texas began closing outside of the new law this week, but most of the state’s 20 or so healthcare providers are taking action pending trial. I decided not to do it.

A law went into effect in early September banning most abortions after six weeks of pregnancy. Since then, it has changed the abortion situation in the second most populous state in the United States because of its unique structure that prohibits authorities from enforcing regulations and leaving them to civilians.
